This notice is provided in accordance with the U.S. Department of Education’s requirements under 34 C.F.R. § 600.20(g)(4) regarding a pending change in the ownership and/or control of State Career College.
Description of change
State Career College is undergoing a restructuring of its ownership. As part of this restructuring, institutional ownership will include Nine, Two, One Inc.
This transaction is expected to be finalized on or about January 1, 2027.
Impact on students
The institution is committed to ensuring that this transition is seamless for all students. We want to assure you of the following:
- Academic continuity: Your current program of study, coursework, and progress toward your degree or certificate will not be interrupted by this change.
- Financial aid: The institution is working closely with the U.S. Department of Education to ensure that student financial aid programs remain unaffected and that aid disbursements continue according to scheduled timelines.
- Accreditation and licensing: State Career College is committed to maintaining its accreditation and all necessary state and federal licensures.
