HEERF Reports
On March 27, 2020, the federal government enacted the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”). The CARES Act includes a Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (“HEERF”). A portion of HEERF funds must go directly to eligible students in the form of emergency financial aid grants for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the COVID-19 crisis (“HEERF Student Share Grant Funds”).
The following information is provided by State Career College as required by the Department of Education (“ED”) in order to comply with the reporting requirements under the CARES Act. New reports will be provided at statecareercollege.edu every 45 days. All previous and current reports can be found below.

HEERF Institutional Quarterly Reporting
State Career College (SCC) is required to provide regular reporting to the U.S. Department of Education (ED) on the use of funds authorized by the CARES Act. Funds received by SCC under the CARES Act were authorized by Congress and signed into law by the President on March 27, 2020.
The Certification and Agreement directs each institution applying for HEERF funds to comply with Section 18004(e) of the CARES Act and submit reports quarterly starting from the date of the institution’s Certification and Agreement to ED.
Acknowledgement of Funding and Certification
State Career College acknowledges that the institution’s authorized representative signed and returned to the Department of Education (Department) the Recipient’s Funding Certification and Agreement for the Institutional Portion of the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund Formula Grants Authorized by Section 18004(a)(1) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
