State Career College publishes institutional disclosures required under Section 1095.200 of 23 Ill. Adm. Code 1095 for the reporting period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 (past fiscal year). The Official PDF is the reporting table filed with the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).

Programs reported

  • Basic Nursing Assistant (BNA) — CIP 51.3902 / SOC 31-1014
  • Medical Assistant (MA) — CIP 51.0801 / SOC 31-9092

  • Phlebotomy — CIP 51.1009 / SOC 31-9097

Key reported metrics (summary)

The IBHE table reports, by program: students enrolled; new starts, re-enrolls, and transfers in; completions and withdrawals; placement in field / related field / out of field; students not available for placement; licensure or certification exam takers and passers where applicable; and average starting wages for placed graduates when reported.

Highlight figures from the July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025 table (see PDF for full cells and footnotes): BNA — 12 completed/graduated, 9 placed in field, average starting wage $21.00; Medical Assistant — 22 completed/graduated, 16 placed in field, average starting wage $23.00; Practical Nursing — 60 completed/graduated, 33 placed in field, average starting wage $38.00. Medical Administrative Assistant / HIM and Phlebotomy report zeros across enrollment and outcome rows for this period.

If a school fails to meet minimum standards it may be placed on probation; continued failure related to passage rates can lead the Board to revoke approval for that program. Download the PDF for the complete Institutional Disclosures Reporting Table and all footnotes.
